2. General principles and legal bases
We process personal data only within the framework of the applicable data protection provisions. The legal bases for processing are in particular Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation/performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures at your request), Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest) and, where you have consented, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
3. Provision of the website and hosting
This website uses no cookies, no tracking and no analytics services. Fonts are self-hosted (no external font requests).
The website is hosted by a service provider that provides it technically on our behalf (processing on behalf of the controller pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR).

When the website is accessed, the host automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits, in particular:
- IP address of the requesting device,
- date and time of access,
- page/file requested and volume of data transferred,
- referrer URL (the previously visited page),
- browser type and operating system used.
This data is technically necessary in order to deliver the website and to ensure its stability and security. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and functional provision of the website.
4. Data transfer to third countries
The hosting service provider is a company based in the USA; processing of data in the USA cannot be excluded. The transfer is carried out on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission (Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR) together with supplementary protective measures. A level of data protection equivalent to that of the EU cannot be guaranteed in every case for third countries.
5. Contact and purchase enquiries
If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by any other means in order to obtain information about the property advertised on this website or to express a purchase interest, we process the data you provide (in particular name, contact details and the content of your enquiry) in order to process and answer your enquiry. Information submitted via the contact form is forwarded to us solely by email; it is not stored in a database.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract or serves to carry out pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
Contact form and provision of the property brochure (Exposé)
When you use the contact form, we process the data you provide (in particular form of address/name and e-mail address; optionally your telephone number and your message) for the following purposes:
(1) to process and respond to your enquiry and to initiate a possible purchase agreement regarding the apartment offered, and
(2) to make the property brochure (Exposé) for the apartment (PDF file) available to you for retrieval or download following your enquiry.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest, and that of the owner, in identifying genuine prospective buyers, contacting them and providing them with the property documents required to make a purchase decision).
Providing the data is voluntary. However, without the information marked as mandatory fields we cannot process your enquiry or provide you with the brochure. Regarding the disclosure of your data to the owner of the apartment, see section 6.
6. Recipients / disclosure of your data
The property advertised on this website is owned by a third party. In order to process your enquiry, we forward the data you provide to the owner of the advertised property so that they can handle your request in the context of the purchase initiation and contact you. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR.
Beyond this, we only disclose your data where we are legally obliged to do so or where you have consented. Technical service providers (e.g. the aforementioned host) act exclusively as processors and on the basis of a contract pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
7. Storage period
We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the stated purposes or as provided for by statutory retention periods. We delete data from enquiries as soon as the respective enquiry has been finally dealt with and no statutory retention obligations conflict with this.
8. Your rights as a data subject
In accordance with the statutory provisions, you have the right to: information about the data processed about you (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR).
9. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
Without prejudice to other remedies, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is:

10. No automated decision-making
Automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR, does not take place.

The version of this privacy policy currently published on this website applies. Amendments may become necessary due to changed legal or technical circumstances.
